Pricing and Payment
All pricing quoted is in Australian dollars ($AUD). GST is non-applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice. We accept payments for orders through PayPal only. Upon checkout you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase. You will then receive a confirmation email when your order has been submitted to us.
We endeavour to process and ship your order within 5 working days. Should there be a delay with fulfilling your order, we will advise you accordingly.
We make every effort to package your order as carefully as possible to ensure your order arrives safe and sound. Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of you. If your product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is your responsibility to liase with Australia Post. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit, however if goods are damaged in transit, we will provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim. We deliver to Australia and internationally. Pick up is not available at this time.
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and dimensions of the parcel. At this stage we offer standard post only.
If you're not home to receive your parcel and the driver feels that your package is not safe to leave, a card will be left for you and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office.
We want you to be 100% happy with our stationery. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving your order, at the discretion of WITHLOVE. Returned items must be in original packaging and in original condition in order to receive a refund. Shipping costs unfortunately cannot be refunded and items must be returned at your cost. If a package is returned to us marked undeliverable, we will contact you to organise a re-delivery at your own cost. If we do not receive a response, you will be returned the original purchase price but not the shipping charges.
